These shoes look EXTRA wide while they are on. It feels like there is cardboard in the heel, which is very uncomfortable. They are not very padded inside and do not have any arch support.

Warm interior material. Stylish! I love the ankle cut with zippers. Easy for putting on and taking off.

Very warm & comfortable: This is my first pair of Baffins and I'm loving them. I live in MN so warm and waterproof footwear is a must for the winter. I took the advice on the website about ordering a size up

I got them just in time for our big cold snap and Im loving them. I ordered them online so I could not compare sizes but the 9 fits well enough (about my usual size). They are comfortable, and nice and warman improvement on my old sorels and they look way better, too. The traction is pretty goodhard to tell when everywhere is icy. I wish they came up my leg a little higher/or tighter to the ankle but that might affect the walking comfort. Overall, Im very pleased that I got them and Ive had a few friends buy them because of me, too.

Excellent traction for carrying my baby while having to walk on ice and snow. Theyre easy to get on and off with one hand while holding him. And theyre so warm! One of my favorite purchases in a long time.
