The fabric is comfortable and breathable, but the fit is smaller than expected. It feels tight through the chest and shoulders, especially when moving or reaching. The quality is there, but the women's cut could do a better job accommodating different body shapes while still allowing comfortable movement on the job.

Hi! I ordered the Ariat Work FR AC Crew Top in size Small. It fits a little loose and is too long on me. The measurements listed for the Small are: Length: 25 in Chest: 34 in Sleeve length: 23 in Could you please provide the same measurements for the XS — length, chest, and sleeve length? I’d like to compare the XS with the Small before exchanging it. Thank you!

I'm 5'7" and 125lb. I bought 3 of these in a small. I've had them for a few months and only dry on delicate. The sleeves are like 3 inches too short now. They look silly. For shirts that cost this much it is ridiculous.
