Was really hoping this would be good. The footbed is very narrow, and the arch support in an unusual spot. The upper is the real issue; the fabric folds are irritating to the top of the foot, and where the fabric is attached to the footbed is rough and pokes into the foot. Everything about this shoe was uncomfortable. If you have a narrow foot and zero instep, it might work, but the design is not well thought out.
Not good there was no support. You had to select 7-7.5 no width. This made a difference in the size. Beautiful idea however for the price does not meet quality
I wear the tie up archipedico shoes and they're great. This shoe however was uncomfortable because the inside seam was thick and rubbed against my toes. Unfortunate because I wanted these to work!
I problem was the instep. The stiffer sole and the way it was sewn meant that it rubbed against my instep as soon as I put it on. I really like the style and wish it was constructed with more attention to comfort
The insides are slippery. My feet kept sliding from back to front with every step. Almost no arch support.
Flexible sole did not work with my fused big toe
I found the fit comfortable at first but later had problem with flexible sole and my fused big toe.
Material is attractive . Shoe is comfortable except I need a little more room because my pinkie toes were rubbing against the sides of the shoes.
I liked the style and how the stretchy fabric held my foot , but my pinkie toes were rubbing against the sides. Yours might not. THey would have been great for casual wear.
I have 2 pair of Arcopedico lace up shoes and a pair of boots which fit perfectly, but the Mailu style was not a good match for my foot (which is short and a little wide). I typically wear a size 6. This shoe was a bit long and narrow. My toes were rubbing the sides of the shoes. So I returned them because they were uncomfortable. I liked the styling and the heel height.
