They look very well. The arch support isn’t bad. However, the back portion of you're foot (above the heel) is going to be severely scrapped against the back side of the shoe. As you walk the pain is going to get worse as you’re skin tears off.

Perfect fit
everything was good but poor quality
First the good: they are light, and once broken in very comfortable. On the other side, they were hard to break in, and gave me bad blisters at first. They are marked non slip, but are very slippery on a wet surface. They're great on a dry floor, but I've fallen hard a couple times and had several close calls. Now they are starting to come apart after only 6 months and I alternate with another pair of work boots.
So far I really like these boots. They are much cooler than the other pair of Red Wing boots that I have. Also, I really like the look, and have recieved many compliments on them; they easily look dressy enough to wear with khakis, but not too dressy for jeans. The first day I wore them I got a blister on the inside of my right heel, but I did wear them on a very long day (about 14 hours with a lot of walking). Since then, they have been fine; they seem to rub less as they are getting broke in.
Felt great from the beginning, but a little stiff on the ankle. The leatherish material is hard to flex but it's slowley molding to my foot.
