Stand collar with button-down points. Button-front closure with flame-resistant melamine buttons. Long sleeves with button cuffs. Button-through chest pockets. Shirttail hem. This shirt is just ok, while it fits my torso fine but the arms are made for a super skinny person. I like to have the ability to pull up my sleeves when it gets hot but I couldn’t pull it up past my wrists. I wear a watch and I could barely get it past it. The material felt fine and comfortable but no flex in the arms has put me off. Also I don’t know why I would need a pocket on the shirt for but that’s just my personal preference. I would say get a size larger to try first.

Women's FRs - so few choices: This shirt is the only FR I could find that fits me well. It did not shrink in the wash or the clothes dryer. I hike an average of 5 miles while at work. I can't wear it when the temperatures are over 90 degrees because it is made of heavy material. In the cooler temperatures, this is what I wear. The sleeves are too long; otherwise, I would give this shirt five stars.
