I'm 5'3" and weight is 112. My shoe size is women 6.5 . I decided to order a 5.5 youth kids. I was looking for a light weight, flexible sneaker and a brand that can handle long distance casual walks. So far these Nike's feel great. I have a narrow foot and the toe box wasnt tight which I have experienced with other court sneakers. Also I like wearing ped socks with these shoes for better comfort. The only thing near the top of the shoe hole lace it tends to pucker up. I tied the lace slightly tighter on top, that helped a bit. However, its not an eye sore, I'm just a little picky!

These shoes fit perfectly! I am between a 6.5 and a 7 women's and ordered the size 5 big kids. I was worried they would run narrow based on the pics, but they fit my medium/wide foot just fine.
