Trainex 6" Waterproof Puncture Resistant Sport Boot

These boots are very comfortable for wearing in a 10 hour day. The only thing that I DO NOT like is that they don't have a finger pull. These boots are 6" height and the finger pull would be great.

Had pain the first two weeks due to it rubbing the skin above the ankles but otherwise, a good pair of work boots. Didn’t mind the weight but they are a tad bit heavy.

They hurt after two hours

I need to try another size up.

I need to return and get one size up.

I never received my shoes.

I purchased these boots for work when I worked inside of a warehouse for a widely known online retailer 3 years ago. When I transitioned to another warehouse(new employer) in August 2022, I repurchased these boots to wear during the winter. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND these boots for workers who work indoors. Working inside of a warehouse, safety is extremely important. I have kicked, dropped, scraped against and stepped on hard objects and my feet were protected. The toes are completely shielded from outside elements. The covering is nonmetal but, your feet are secured from accidents such as heavy objects that fall onto the foot. You do not need to worry about foot injuries with these on your feet. Another great characteristic is that these boots are fashionable with nonwork attire. Even though I purchased them to wear for work only, you can wear them with jeggings, traditional jeans and a top. They are not bulky looking like other brands of work safety boots so, wear them casually if you'd like. Overall, I rate these boots 5 stars. The rating is solely based on the protection of my feet from hard, heavy objects that I kicked, dropped, pushed and other forms of contact and impact while working indoors at a processing facility. Some things to consider are listed below. >Foot support: Buy 1 pair of insoles because the insole is not supportive enough. The boots are heavy and extra support for comfort is necessary. Also, you may need to order 1 size larger with the extra insoles. >Cold weather: Wear thick warm socks. My feet were cold working indoors so heavy, warm socks are needed. The boots are not insulated. NOTE: If you wear thick, warm socks with an extra pair of insoles, your feet may feel discomfort wearing this at the same time >Durability: The boots look and feel sturdy however, work safety footwear do not last forever. Replace them if: severely damaged(puncture holes, tears, scratches, cracked toe cap) Or, change every 6 months to 1 year(depends on damage). >Clean: Use warm soapy water and a microfiber cloth or toothbrush to clean the outside. For odors, mix vinegar and baking soda to form a paste texture and scrub the manufacturer's foot sole with the toothbrush.
