Excellent shoe, but it ran a bit snug for a size 7. I use a size seven in all shoes but it seems Clark’s shoes I am either one size smaller or one size bigger and for this particular pump I am one size bigger.
I really loved the style of this shoe, and the quality was great. It felt well made and looked exactly like something I would have wanted to keep. Unfortunately, it ran much smaller than I expected. I ordered an 8.5 wide assuming it would fit properly, but it was still much too small for my foot. I was disappointed because it’s a beautiful shoe, but the sizing just didn’t work for me.

These showed up in a damaged box, inside an Amazon pouch, and had clearly been ‘used’. This is not the service or quality I am accustomed to from Zappos. So confused and disappointed
I liked the shoe. It just did not fit my foot. The wide was too wide and big at the heel. I think a medium would be too tight.
Runs large in the heel area. This is my usual size in Clark’s but they slip off the heel. Tried 1/2 size smaller but it’s too tight overall! Uggggh
Really fun shoes! And the platform allows me to wear heels higher than I could normally handle, but they run a full size smaller. I don't really know how comfy theyd be in my true size, but I think they'd be just fine for a full day of work.

I am struck by all the negative reviews saying the shoes changed - I seem to have experienced the same issue! I kept re-buying these shoes over and over because they were my "high heel sneakers" - super comfortable. But the last time I got them I had difficult time getting the right size, and the latest pair makes my feet hurt within an hour or so...
