No support at all. The bottom of the insole felt flat after 4 days and my feet felt like they were on fire. I'm sending them back.

After 10 hours shift walking this keep my feet a little bit painless it's wide enough thing that I like it, I recommend it but I also added an extra insoles to improve this definitely good.9

Extremely uncomfortable. Shoes are narrow and half stitching going down the middle of the insole which causes a very uncomfortable surface for your foot.
