IC100 Indoor Cycling Shoe

I got these to replace my Peloton shoes, which I found too narrow in the toe box. On that front, they were exactly what I was looking for! These are fantastic for indoor cycling as was the claim: very easy to put on and take off, cooler, and much more comfortable. I use them with delta cleats. I found the sizing of these really odd. I usually find Euro sizing more reliable than American sizing, especially when you get women's sizes like 7.2 and 7.8. I wear a 37 in Peloton, which is their women's 6, and so got these in a 37 to try. These were a good cm shorter than the Pelotons. I returned them for a 38. I have never bought 38s in my life, I'm reliably a size 6 which is either a 36 or 37 in most brands. But evidently in Shimanos, 38 was perfect.

I recently discovered indoor cycling and have debating on whether or not purchase cycle shoes. After looking online I settled on the Shimano IC100. Normally I wear a 8.5 in athletic shoes and ordered a 41. Perfect fit. What a difference wearing a clip in cycle shoe makes for my workout. Love them, comfy and easy to clip off/on the bike. I attached a Shimano SPD clip for the Keiser cycle bikes used at my fitness center.

DONT SIZE UP! I read other reviews saying they run small. But they’re true to size; I am a size 8 and purchased an 8.5 (women’s), which definitely felt a half side too large!

Love these, have been a Shimano fan for a long time. Needed a new pair and couldn’t be happier. Very comfortable. Super easy to attach the clips. True to size.

Would be better for wide feet. My feet felt like they were sliding around no matter how tight I tried to keep them.

True to size in length, but too narrow. I normally wear 10.5 so I got these in 10.5 (45 EU). Length wise, they were a perfect fit. But the toe area was so narrow that I felt a constant pinching/pressure on my pinky toes. So I had to return these unfortunately. I will have to try 11.2 (46 EU), but I have a feeling that they will be too long.

I love the look of the shoe. They did not come with clips for spin. I had to buy clips and when I put them on, they weren't recessed, so very difficult to walk in them because they are so high.

These fit perfect! I wear a women 7 and purchased a size 7.2. They are comfortable and make my ride smooth. I love that I can wear these to cycle at the gym and they work for a Peloton as well.

I really wanted to love these! I could tell they would be great cycling shoes if I could get the right fit. I'm an 8. My heel was slipping in the 8.5, and the 7.8 almost fit, but was really a little too snug. I love how easy these are to get on, and the ease of the velcro strap. If you think you can get these to fit your feet, they'll be perfect. I ended up with the IC5 in size 8.5 -- I was able to get them to be tighter around my foot because it's a different tightening system.
