The most stylish, practical and comfortable work shoes I've owned for the purpose of work. Great for the office, the warehouse, or walking a trade show floor for several hours. The laces could use an upgrade but that's the only caveat.

Comfortable for the Wide Foot: So far the shoe is comfortable. I have a wide foot and wear orthotic inserts. By removing the shoe's insert and using my own, it is still comfortable for someone with a wide foot. The only issue I have, is that the laces do not look like they will last very long and will break sooner rather than later.

You need these shoes! Perfect fit, perfect construction. My last pair was a similar style and lasted more than five years. These feel like they're going to as well!

Most comfortable hybrid shoes: XC4s are the most comfortable hybrid shoes that I have ever tried. Really like the colors too.

Talk about cushion in a shoe that I can wear business casual. I'm enjoying these so far. Initially, the leather can feel a little stiff, but it's worth it. Overall great comfort in a nice looking shoe that can be dressed up or down.

This is my 4th pair of these shoes and I love them. I needed an all black pair which is why I bought these. I never have foot fatigue, even when I'm walking through the airport for 12 hours. I get compliments on these and highly recommend them.

The XC4 Tanner plain toe is my favorite J&M shoe. They are stylish, comfortable and chic. You can't go wrong.
