I bought these through my department allotment 14 months ago. I typically work 2 shifts a week and these are my station and EMS shoes. They are very comfortable, and they look good. The upper has held up really well; however, the soles are showing signs of wear and one of them has started to chunk and tear. The inside of the shoes has not done so well though. The edges near my ankles has worn through the material, the insides of my heels have worn through, as well the rear of my heels. The insoles have survived, however they completely lack any arch support, which may be a reason why I see such large wear spots on the insides of my heels. Overall, they are decent. I would NOT pay out of pocket for them at MSRP, and I would even be hesitant at the price they go for on Amazon, but with it being a work allotment AND a lower retail price I would consider a second pair at some point.
