Fit was on the larger size, and material reminds me of a welding jacket. Id assume that's better in terms of safety, but a integral lining or wearing a base layer underneath would be recommended. Looks sharp, not as long as some of the other shirts (still longer than average t-shirt) so can be worn tucked/un-tucked.
I ordered this shirt to give it a try and see how well it performed. So Far after several months I have been happy. The fit and feel are great. The material does not shrink up after washings. The size runs as listed. The material is soft, not starchy feeling. This particular shirt has the ventilation on the back and breathable material along the side and inside of the sleeves, and feels good on hot days. The only thing I wish it had was reinforced elbows.

Shirts are comfortable and look fine. They are a little big compared to length. Overall not bad pick.
Navy, large, worn intermittently for 2 weeks, then warm washed and tumble dried on low. I really like this shirt, but after shrinking it will have to take a back seat in my lineup of work shirts. This shirt is very comfortable, and maintains a professional, stylish appearance. It is not a thick durable work shirt, but offers decent working protection, ventilation, and comfort for sunny or hot environments. The fabric is soft, pliable, and the sleeves are different weave on top and bottom of the arm: the bottom of the arm breathes very well adding to the comfortability of the shirt. The vent is stitched in 3 places along its bottom edge across the back and doesn't flap about. I usually wear a size large-long to fit my shoulders and the length of my arms. Before washing, the shirt was loose fitting all around. After washing, it fits comfortably around my shoulders, but the sleeves have shortened significantly. and don't reach my wrists anymore.
While it is vented, it is a heavier material that can be a little warm to wear.

The size is accurate. Very comfortable feel and fit.
Love this shirt. Especially the zipper breast pocket. Ideal for almost any size phone. Have bought it for years now, and will keep buying it.
