I like the fit and feel until I walked about in the house. I could feel the ridges of the sole through the shoe and it was not comfortable. Maybe it is the rubber sole that is the problem (?). I may try the leather sole but will think about it. It is and expensive slipper not to be "just right".
I use these slippers as house shoes, but they are also happy to walk briefly on a snowy or rainy deck. They feel sturdy and structured, with the thick wool retaining its shape. Normally slippers start to bag out with wear, or their leather bottoms get too smooth, so I love that these don't have those problems. I've worn them daily for months and there is no sign of the upper splitting from the sole, and I feel sure I won't unexpectedly slide. If you like to scuff in and out of your slippers, these won't do; but if you prioritize not falling downstairs, these are gold.
I love these shoes. I have two pair and I wear them every day all year round (I’m in Wisconsin and we get everything between 80° and -20°) I feel like I’m wearing slippers all the time but they are rugged too
I love the style of these and the very grippy rubber sole. Very cute and very well made. But, I did not find them to actually be very warm. Sad to return them.
I have been buying this slipper for years and will continue to do so. They fit great and keep my feet warm. Because they're wool, my feet don't get hot even in warmer weather. They are pricey but last forever, even with daily wearing. Highly recommend!
They are to large. I ordered a half size smaller but still need another half size smaller.
This is a great slipper. They are warm.
Possibly the most uncomfortable slipper I've ever tried on. Instead of the sole cupping your foot, it felt like there was a hump down the whole length of the sole. Maybe a manufacturing defect? If not, I have no idea how people think these are nice slippers to wear.
These are adorable, I would love them except i have narrow feet, and sadly these are not for narrow feet.
Fit and size are perfect. Moderate arch support works for me. I couldn't believe I decided to spend this kind of money on the slippers, but I'm really glad I did. The wool outers are soft and luxurious feeling. The sides are on the sturdy side, which is fine. The grip bottom makes me feel very secure if I should be in a slippery situation. If that makes any sense. My feet are very very happy in them!!
