We love Keen’s and have had many pairs for our kids through the years. Right out of the box, this style did not wear well. The closure strap is made of a thin piece of leather that immediately stretched and almost broke. The back pull of tabs have both broken. These won’t even last a whole season.
My son has very wide feet and the shoe was wide enough and long enough and fit great but the Velcro on top wasn't long enough for him to get it over his foot so sadly we have to return these.
My son preferred these over another pair of Keens because he liked that they didn't go up as high on his ankle. He has not worn except in the house, so I'm hoping he really likes these.
