product is tight at the "welt" or "ribbing" but huge on the foot, so large can't wear.

I was hoping to wear them under my smart wool socks in winter, but I don't think they'll have enough wool in them to help keep my feet warm in frigid temperatures. They're not very soft. Too much acrylic fibre in them.

I use these for daily wear. Fit in all shoes. Warm without bulk. A little thicker than a liner. Huge fan of washable wool.
