PU strobel pad with Insite® technology footbed. Goodyear welt construction with rubber outsole. All Carhartt footwear is tested for slip resistance and meets or exceeds the performance requirement set forth by ASTM standard F3445-21. All footwear is labeled as slip resistant on the outsole and the ASTM standard is identified on the inside of the shoe. Imported. these boots fit very well when they were new, but as time goes by, they stretch and became too loose on the sides letting my heel slide a little making it hard to walk.

15 year Keen customer switched to Carhartt: These shoes are great! I'm an office worker that goes out to the shop floor often where safety toes are required. I need boots that look good, are light weight, comfortable, easy to slip on and off and have steel toes. This boot has it all! I've worn Keen work boots for 15 years and loved them, but this Carhartt boot is better for me now. I'm very happy with them.
