After reading the single, 1 star review, I wanted to give my experience, which has been a very positive one. I work in a very clean package handling warehouse and am used to my footwear lasting many years. These shoes were very comfortable straight out of the box. They seem to be well made and still look new after a year. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in a similar environment. I received many compliments on their very unique style and the only complaint I could offer is the fact that they don't really look like a work shoe yhat would pass the protective shoe code. I used to get stopped frequently when they were new. Hope this helps

It is ironic that the word “Work” is in the name. If you do any kind of physical work, these are not the style for you. They lasted me 3 months and working a 14 day rotation it actually equates to 6 weeks of use. They are light and confirm to industry requirements, barely. Not non-slip soles. Watch yourself on a wet surface. The woven design on the top of shoe is simply garbage. Easily torn! To top it off…the sole came off!?!? This has been my second pair of Twisted X brand. 2 different style of boot but both with Moc toes. First pair was waterproof, until the stitching on the toe started to unravel. This style was my most recent attempt with the brand=FAIL. So now I’m out over $300 to this brand! All negative experiences
