Reasonably comfortable shoe that looks good. A little long. Problem is the rubber heel wears down quickly and the heel can't be repaired as its hollow and part of a 1 piece sole.

The shoes are attractive and comfortable but never have I seen worse blisters.

Very comfortable pretty much right out of the box. They work as formal footwear, but also business casual due to the leather looking nice, but not overly glossy. These are exactly what I wanted in a black formal/business casual shoe.

Comfortable and good looking. A little stiffer than the zero but so far really liking them. I stand on my feet for 8-10 hours per day and these are doing the job.

Love the looks and are well made. However the shoes are not as flexible and kind of hard to break and couldn't wear them the entire day. I am hoping they will become less stiff after several attempts to wear them the entire day without causing sore feet!

I’ve worn these for for 4 years!! I love them and have worn them daily and they’ve only started squeaking now (very heavy use with very little care). I’m buying the same pair right now!!

The heel on these shoes is awful. It feels like you're wearing lifts.

Cole Haan isn’t what it used to be. These shoes feel thin and cheap.

Absolutely one of the most uncomfortable shoes I’ve had. I buy Cole Haan all the time and this was the worst yet. My feet and heels hurt after a half day. Tried to take out the insoles to replace them and they are glued in. So uncomfortable. I’m going to try the zerogrand to see if those are better.
