Super comfortable, amazing customer support: These shoes are EXTREMELY comfortable. I travel and walk a lot for work and wear these for long periods and never have sore feet like with other shoes. Had a minor issue with them but one call to customer support and it was remedied right away. J&M customer for life.
Heel rub: Sharp shoe. The sole didn't flex enough so the heel rubbed while walking.

Talk about cushion in a shoe that I can wear business casual. I'm enjoying these so far. Initially, the leather can feel a little stiff, but it's worth it. Overall great comfort in a nice looking shoe that can be dressed up or down.
This is my 4th pair of these shoes and I love them. I needed an all black pair which is why I bought these. I never have foot fatigue, even when I'm walking through the airport for 12 hours. I get compliments on these and highly recommend them.
