These are an excellent option if one's feet are relatively flat. They do not protrude painfully into the arches, as many other aftermarket insoles do. I use them as replacements in Brooks running shoes. (Brooks makes great shoes, but their insoles--which are also made of Ortholite--have been a bit flimsy of late.) They would also work well in almost any shoe.
