I returned this immediately after trying it on. I really wanted to like these. They were incredibly difficult to put on due to the "sock like" design. Once I got in them they were very uncomfortable around my ankles. I wish that they had a normal tongue and laces.
My first time buying Danner: My first time buying Danner shoes. They fit great and were comfortable from the first day. I wore them around the western desert in Egypt and will take them to Yosemite next.

The shoes are comfortable, supportive and look nice. I like a traditional tongue in a shoe, but this shoe is has fabric that is stitched all the way across instead so it is more difficult to get on and off.
