I ordered these for my daughter in January. They were caught up in an East Coast snowstorm in a Maryland facility. Once things thawed out and my daughter started receiving pkgs again in DC, I called to see where her LLBean snow boots wereI called 3 times over 3 weeks in February and they were never delivered. I ended up cancelling the order and they were of course out of stock. So disappointed in the whole process

I bought this item 3 weeks ago and they are not waterproof or warm. Moisture comes I to my boots along with tiny pebbles of sand or dirt.

These boots are comfortable and very warm! They are challenging to actually get on, though. They also have no traction when things are slippery. Overall I am happy with them.

Great boots. Given the winter weather this year, I have worn them walking dogs every day since they have arrived three weeks ago! Warm and waterproof, the size 7s fit perfectly room for heavy socks without sliding around on my feet. So happy so far!
