very comfortable, but.... Slippers are very comfortable. But, the inside collar on the right slipper folds under my foot when I walk. I owned another pair of slippers from LL Bean some time ago, and the same thing happened. If it's just me, well, ok then. But I find that hard to believe. Other than folding under my foot, I really like these slippers.
Toasty: I live in air conditioning year-round, and my feet get cold while watching TV. That's when I switch from my regular leather slippers to the Venetian and sweatpants--no socks required.
My husband preferred the original wicked slippers. Theses in his size were too small. He has returned. them for a larger and wider pair.

These are very comfortable, warm slippers with excellent soles. However, the leather at the side of the heel blew out so the slipper no longer provided good lateral support. I then bought some much cheaper slippers at Costco, which are strong and okay, but not nearly as comfortable as the LL Bean slippers.
After what I would consider light use for about 1 year, the lining has given up the ghost. Too bad. L.L. Bean used to mean quality, but no more. I will be looking elsewhere for quality slippers
