I'm a narrow 10.5 (true fit in Saucony and Salomon) and took a chance on ordering a 43.5 Akasha. No chance. Not sure if a 44 or 44.5 would work, but there's no 44 in stock at this point. I was hoping to use for fast backpacking but the forefoot is too narrow for me carrying a pack. Probably would work trail running but, again, length didn't work for me. For comparison, I have a 43.5 La Sportiva Spire GTX that fits me very well - clearly a different last. I'll probably try for an Akasha next season bc I like the close forefoot fit, narrow heel, and (somewhat) firm midsole. Would work well for runs where too much squish could cause a misstep. Note: feels like decent rock protection with ok trail feel, no shank and not a lot of torsional rigidity... if that's your jam.

Hard as a plank of wood. No cushion or arch support and had foot and achiles pain within a half mile of running. I am a distance trail runner and have never experienced this before but never ran in this brand before either.
I purchased a mens 41.5 so I could get a wider shoe. I usually wear a 41.5 Women’s but too narrow. The only sizing difference between M and W is width. This is a very firm shoe but padded. I liked the tight ankle and stability but returned as I just don’t like Black Shoes!
I ordered my usual US size 12. I couldn't get my foot into this shoe at all, as it was super tight. I like the styling, which drew me to this shoe, but, sadly, must return. I want to try a size up (13), but these are out of stock.
