My feet get hot so perfect for me. I have cushion in shoes so don't need it in my socks, would just make my feet hotter.

I like a snug fit on my shoes through the midfoot, and these no cushion socks are perfect for protecting my feet without adding bulk. They're soft and breathable and structured enough to stay in place.

I have been wearing Smartwool socks since a friend introduced them to me in 2000 while hiking. The socks that I was wearing at the time were abrasive after a day of walking through the woods. She gave me her Smartwool socks and I never looked back. Wool is the perfect material for any type of activity and any season. They are breathable and warm. This pair is thin and works well for everyday wear. I am a shoe size 6.5M and according to their size chart, I should be wearing a small. However, I find the medium size much better.
