Ordered this shoe in a 3XW for my special need little boy only to be sent one 3XW and one M. I was extremely excited as I have searched hundreds of stores for this shoe and size. Only to be let down all over again. I am highly dissatisfied.

No: This is my 4th purchase online and the shoes dont fit right, I wear a 10.5 mens and can go to a store and they fit perfect , I love my NB shoes but online , never again. I made this purchase for my grandson. And they dont fit right , so I took him to the store and got same exact size and they fit perfect , makes no sense. I will continue to purchase NB from brick and mortar stores , but never again online
