The shoe fit and true to size

I decided to return these as there is zigzag stitching behind the heel that is uncomfortable and it feels like it would start to hurt after wearing them a while.

A bit tight but I do have a wide foot

Tight & Hard to put on, Tight in the Toes, but almost to loose when walking in them, can not tighten the laces.

I have to return as I have no flex in my foot, so I can't get them on. For me the opening to put foot in seems small.
