Classic Cashmere Wool Blend Coat

The first coat I received was a petite XL. I ordered a size 8! This second coat was the right size but was used! The buttons were re-sewn and hard to button up. Some of the stitching was worn and loose. It came so wrinkled. I believe it was from the previous owner wearing it not just from being packed. I hung it up for weeks hoping the wrinkles would fall out and they did not. This is the third time this year I have purchased a used or damaged item from Zappos.

Classic! A coat I will love for years!

I love his coat and so glad I bought it! I’ve be been looking for one like this for a while. It’s so soft and warm and looks great on. I bought a size 2 and the sleeves are a little long (story if my life) but I am only 5’2”.

Size is true to fit. I am 5’6” 150 lb. Medium fit perfectly. Fit not boxy but not totally fitted either. Very attractive coat. Soft material. Can’t wait to wear it this winter.

Size is perfect. Impeccable quality. Can not believe I got this at this price. The fabric is luxurious and they style is timeless.

I'm 5'4, 125 lbs. Usually I wear size 6 or 8. Sizes were limited so I tried size 4 (too small) and size 10 (too big). I could have gotten by with size 10, considering there was room for bulkier winter clothes, but both coats were extremely wrinkled. Zappos is slipping.

You need to package coats like this better. It arrived very wrinkled. Not how you want to present a brand new item to someone, especially as a Christmas present. Returning due to fit, but otherwise would have had to send to cleaner to get wrinkles out before wearing. You need to do better.

This coat is fine. It’s comfortable and the fabric is nice. The thing that keeps it from being great is the construction of the pockets. They always fold back, as if sewn towards the back.

It’s all for show but not for warmth and I’ve had the real deal. Sorry, CK.
