The black option does not come with the grey highlights on the zipper and on the seams along the collar bone WHICH WAS A BIG REASON WHY I PURCHASED THIS ITEM. It does have the reflective piece on the back though. I purchased a small. I am 5'7" 140lbs. The fit is slightly big on me
