This is the only chelsea/romeo boot I have ever found after years of trying different brands that has the space for a high arch to get into the shoe, and the wiode width needed for a wide foot. You need both to get them on and remain happy!
Is good just feels is like 9.5 not 9
I originally got the size 10 and they were a little loose. However, they were still comfortable. I switched them out for a 9.5 and they fit like a glove. Because these are slip-on shoes, being a little loose doesn't work especially when you start walking. In the size half size down it was important that they have a better grip on my foot so I could walk normally

Boots are fine. Zappos failed to send correct size. Only option is to return, wait for refund, then reorder. Don’t bother ordering from here, Zappos customer service is now nonexistent. They make a mistake and force you to fix it. I will be purchasing the correct size elsewhere.
