Really pleased with the Adidas Adipower 3. They feel extremely solid and stable, particularly for squats and heavier leg work. The raised heel gives me a much better lifting position and the strap keeps everything secure. The fit is snug and supportive without feeling restrictive, and I found the sizing true to size, so I'd recommend ordering your normal trainer size. Comfortable, well made and they look great too. A noticeable improvement over normal gym trainers and exactly what I wanted from a dedicated weightlifting shoe. Highly recommended.
