I wanted a lightweight coat without bulk but with some insulation. This LLBean puffer jacket barely rates the "puffer" moniker, and it is exactly what I was looking for. The jacket is very lightweight. For me, it's a quick grab-and-go jacket for cool-to-cold days, and I bought a size large enough to layer over a chamois shirt or lightweight fleece on coldest days.

Warm, light weight, nice-looking (slimmer) fit of the many Bean jackets I've worn, this one rates among the best. Great value, great product!

Found jacket too small for arms and shoulders and I ordered a 3x must be returned. Disappointed.

Will do what I want. loose in the waist, very tight in the chest. Is warm for a light jacket. though I like it I have two similar jackets I consider as good or better and cost only a third as much. No security pocket for keys, etc, No inside pocket.
