This is my second pair. First pair lasted 3 YEARS!!! I wore them all day 6 days a week for 3 YEARS in some very tough environments and only replaced them because I had literally worn the soles slick....these are past John Wayne tuff, they are more like If Mike Tyson and Tyson Fury had a love child tuff. Best Boots Ever....PERIOD.
Original rides are best: My husband lives Rocky Boots Original Ride. He has worn them for 30 yrs.

These seem like really, really well made boots, they are good looking, and the insoles do come out so you can put in your own orthopedic inserts (a thing for me). Alas, these boots had nno ankle support, and also the heels are too high, so it changed the geometry of my stride... lethal for me with my orthopedic inserts. My knees were in serious pain after 10 minutes of wearing these in the house; regretfully returning them. For somebody who doesn't have my orthopedic issues, they'd be terrific.
Good quality: I have had multiple pairs over the years. Solid, well made and durable. I'll continue purchasing as long as they make them and don't change anything!

Delivered yesterday. Oiled up.Lite weight. Even fell asleep on the recliner with them on.... So comfortable. 10 inch shaft is the iceing on the boot. Gonna get another pair tonight. For back up.
