This is a buttery soft shoe, cute, color is as depicted. Yet, it was sloppy on my foot, maybe order a half size down would help it. It has no arch support and thus will sadly go back.

the fit was good but not perfect. I have very narrow feet. I do love Zappos and will shop here again.

So disappointed as this shoe is very comfortable but too wide in the toe bed. Trotter seems to have widened the toe bed because all my other Trotter shoes that I have a the correct narrow size.

These felt like putting on cozy slippers. The weaving is of brown smooth leather and a metallic bronze, which I did not pick up on. They felt like they might stretch a bit more, which would make them too big for me. The toe vamp did NOT cut across the instep, which is usually an issue for me, so Yay for that. There was plenty of space in the toe box too--again, they were soft and felt like broken in slippers.

I love the shoes. Too wide in N and toe box missed top of my foot 1/4". Might hve gotten by with inserts but more expense.

Very very disappointed in this pair. I ordered 8-1/2 W. I recd 1 W & 1 med??? Also your new “ easy return” system is annoying…easy printing my own labels much easier????

Length was good - slightly short. One half size up would have made them too big. Width is not as narrow as should be. They are snug where the lowest side of the foot meets the sole at the side wall which allows me to wear them. I am keeping the shoes. They are soft leather and will eventually stretch. After a few wearing's I will add heel inserts. The fit is similar to a moccasin. I'll probably wear sock-liners which will help. Seem nicely cushioned with an arch support cushion. Will wear when there isn't a lot of walking going on. I wear an 8 or 8.5 N in shoes and sandals and a 9 or 9.5 N in running shoes. I have a very narrow heel which most shoe manufacturers no longer make.
