Wow! These are some seriously comfortable, cute boots. I have TERRIBLE feet. Diabetic damage, but I still want to wear stylish boots. These are hip, not too clunky looking. They are lightweight, soft and supportive. I wear a 10 and have a slightly wide foot and these fit perfectly. They didn't rub anywhere, including on the front of the ankle. I ware them for a whole day at work right out of the box. I am looking at other styles. Awesome service from Zappos as always.

I had to return because both zippers were sticking and one was entirely defective

I had to return the shoes because of sizing. If they had half sizes, it would have been perfect. Otherwise, the shoe itself was great. Beautiful style and color.

Booty looks real nice in the pic in reality I feel like a pair of boots the correction officer or police officer will wear.

Disappointed. The boots are cute in the pic but looked and felt cheap up close. The footbed and sole at the ball of the foot were so thin, I'm guessing they wouldn't last a season.

Boots look and feel cheap. The zipper on one of the boots did not zip down. I couldn't even get that one on. Leather seems synthetic. The style is beautiful and would be amazing with higher-quality materials. I would pay more for a better product.

These boots run about a 1/2 size small. They feel comfortable just trying them on. However, I have not worn them out yet. No break in needed.

This bootie is comfortable and trendy and can be worn from joggers to jeans to skirts with sweatshirts and dresses with sweaters. The possibilities are endless. They run small so order up. I purchased the green color and they are the perfect shade that can be worn with any color.

really narrow opening to squeeze your foot into; too bad it's a cute boot but has to go back. Only one zipper functions.
