I unfortunately followed advice from "the internet" regarding the selection of a size. My foot has gotten longer over the past 40 of my 64 years, but I am still a narrow. So I don't know for certain if this shoe gave me agonizing pain on the soles of my feet because of poor design, or because of my poor selection of size. Given the fact that there is no insert that could be replaced, I believe that the manufacturer just cheaped out.
Soles aren't as grippy as I hoped and I can see them wearing quickly, but the shoes fit great and are well made for my needs.
Husband loves them so much, he wants this brand in work boots. He keeps saying how comfortable they are. Dress shoes have always been painful for him, but not these shoes.

Shoes were delivered with dirt and mud on the soles. Other than that they would’ve been great.
The shoes would’ve been great except we received dirty shoes. The souls had mud on them and dirt. Not acceptable. Don’t know how they pass inspection of any kind and we really needed these shoes when they arrived
