Soft 7 Slip-On 2.0 Perforated

To bad i always wore the style collin. These do not fit anything like that.

As a wearer of previous Ecco slip-ons, these run smaller than their predecessors. It seems the material is more rubbery and less fabric-y, so it runs tighter. I could get my foot into previous Ecco slip-ons without using my hands, but these are too tight to do so. I recommend getting a size up from your normal Ecco size. The closest predecessor to this is the Ecco Collin 2.0 casual slip on (which is the darker shoe in the pictures). Stylizing wise is quite similar. The Collin “moonless” color is darker than the new “wild dove/lion” color, and they look pretty close. The heel of the Soft 7 is more padded than the Collin, which was nice, and the back of the shoe was 2-tone which I also liked. In conclusion this is a nice comfortable shoe. I’m not crazy about Ecco’s move towards more rubbery materials which makes them a bit stiffer and harder to get into, but upsizing helps. I would have preferred to stick with the Collin 2.0 if it was still being made, but this shoe is also good. It’s my go-to summer shoe for when I’m not playing sports.

These shoes are super comfortable, which is expected from Ecco and at this price range.

Length was too short for me, although I ordered my usual size. But I also didn’t love the perforated look of the leather on the top.

Favorite Brand! Size 7/7.5 (Euro 41) still fits me well.

The shoes were returned because the right shoe felt uncomfortably narrow.

The left shoe is defected and makes it difficult for me to get onto my left foot. I never wore the shoes, could not get them both on. Right foot was fine, not the left foot.

This shoe says it is USA 7/7.5 but European size is 41. That is marked wrong. The European size is probably correct because it definitely isn't a 7/7.5.

The shoe was just too big and wide, slipped off my foot. Also not flexible, rather stiff shoe.
