I was tempted to keep them as I didn’t think I could find anything more comfortable for my surgically deformed foot due to 4 major reconstructive/fusion surgeries when I ruptured tendon, fracturing the big toe, dislocated calcaneus falling sideways & turning 180*, crushing the 3 metatarsals. Unless I got a custom made shoe. Which only diabetics are covered for almost all insurances. There are many, many, many more medical problems & diseases other than diabetes hat are in need of custom shoes & insurances won’t cover them & most of us with medical problems can’t afford to by all the necessities needed to make life liveable. The tieless concept is interesting, but didn’t work well for me as I had to open the shoe more than usual to get my foot into the shoe, then had to pull on the laces & trying to line up the Velcro & leather /Velcro tie was more work. I decided to order more shoes so I didn’t just settle. Was glad I did, as I found something more comfortable. I did like that Orthofeet added 2 addl insoles & 2 separate supports to use if more support was needed. Well made shoe

Adjustable insole and arch support allow individual customization. Most comfortable shoe I have ever had.

Was not expecting these to fit my 6E foot, but they are better than any other foot ware so far. The Otto insole is very supportive and shoe comes with added optional arch support insert and to added foam shoe spacers that add extra cushioning. I did not need the added arch support and added only one 1/8” cushion for the most comfort for my particular issues. So far great shoe!

I typically buy New Balance for my son in these larger sizes because they are hard to find. But he loves the feel of the width in these 12 6E much better. Think we'll stick with this brand instead for future purchases.

The feel comfortable, better than the last several pairs of sneakers I've bought. The included insoles and arch supporters don't cut it for me but I have a REALLY high arch and usually get 3rd party insoles specifically meant for supination. But I got them for the gym, and they work great for that. Stable, good traction, comfortable, everything I could ask for.

Pressure points on my feet. Returned, and going for something else.

Very nice shoe. The sizing was larger than I expected, but I think a smaller size (combined with my orthotics) would crowd my big toe.

Just got these shoes in and tried them on, they felt great so I wore them around the house for a few hours. After dinner my son and I took a walk, ended up walking 2.5 miles as measured by my fitness app, never even noticed I had the new shoes on, they felt great!

Kind of heavy

Touched the end of toe. Comfort was good. Husband did not like the look.
