I've been a Smartwool customer for almost 15 years. That being said, this batch of socks is the WORST I have ever seen from Smartwool; it now forces me to find another sock company. When compared side-by-side, there is a noticeable, steep decline in quality and that's most unfortunate. Yeah, yeah, there's a guarantee, but it's dumb that I have to wait for them to fail before I can send them back, knowing the quality of the replacement will still be sub-par. This is not the only item I've noticed a steep decline in quality and merino content... Y'all are being cheap and losing a customer, and quick, if you keep this up.
