I ordered a 9 (my normal size). The shoe was very short in the back. I liked the fit of the straps though...felt very secure. I hate to rate an item based on presentation but unfortunately that played a role in my low rating. The shoes were just IN the box with one small piece of tissue paper just randomly placed on top. I will not pay $170 for a pair of shoes that look like someone had them thrown in their closet for a year or possibly worn
