I usually buy 9.5 in 4E from new balance sneakers. These sandals are slightly wider and maybe a quarter inch longer. I used my own shoe orthotics, which helped take up space, but still felt like I was sliding a bit from the top and bottom.
I felt like I was walking on clouds. They provided extra support and Velcro strap design to tighten up the loose areas.
Fit great and very comfortable on my very wide feet (4E). Great styling and cooling for your feet.
