I typically am 16 (or 17 in Nike), and the 15's fit better than the 16. 16's were too large.

Comfort and Good Looks: I don't consider any other shoes when I need new pair of shoes. My feet need the most comfortable shoes in order for me to function. I can only trust Johnston & Murphy shoes to be comfortable a year later.

Ordered this in a W, but seems the silhouette/shape was not adjusted for added width as the tip is comically pointy and not in line with the style.
