I bought a size 11.5, width: W, but it is not wide. When I compared it with other brands like Timberland Pro, Caterpillar, or Wolverine, it was noticeably narrower. I contacted Reebok customer service, but they never responded to me. I don't recommend it.
Not happy I returned these shoes the day after I received them 8/5/26, here we are 8/16/26 still no progress on the RETURN; Makes me not Ever want to use Zappos in the future, return process takes an eternity.
These shoes run small.
They look great, but the overall build especially around the steel toe basically cuts off my pinky toe and every step it gets jabbed right into the steel. Working a full route twice in these while owning them for 5 months speaks volumes. The skin around my ankle is raw had to apply bandaids. It got so bad i had to make shift slides out of them even then, my toes were free but heels began their own complaint. Choose at your own risk.

i don't have lucky with this one run small. The shoes look good, but they are not comfortable for a long workday. The steel toe doesn’t have enough space, so my toes start hurting after several hours. I like the style, but the toe box definitely needs to be wider.
My ankles and my little toes are full of blisters, I cannot walk in them at all.
They are big and they come out when I walk.
Shoes are comfortable overall, after wearing them for 8+ hr shift they do start to hurt my toes.
