the size and fit were ok but after awhile they began to rub against my toes and cause pain as well as the heel not feeling good while walking or standing

These must be men sizes. I’ve worn 7.5 in women’s for 20+ years and I ordered a size 7 because I read a review about them being too big, well I should’ve got a 6.5 like the reviewer suggested.
