Shorts true to size around the waist. I wish they were a little tighter on my legs (they flap a little). Overall, though, I’m very happy with the purchase.

Very hard finding shorts that are long enough that I feel good in. These are very comfortable with just the right amount of stretch. They don't bag out after you have them on a while, they retain their shape nicely. True to size. Also higher waist, which means no butt crack showing when you sit down or bend over.

I ended up keeping these shorts in the 18W. I am usually between 16W and 18W. They are great Levi shorts, just a little large in the thigh area. I will adjust the hem to my own liking as it is a sewn on small cuff. I prefer to cuff my own shorts or allow for a larger or no cuff. The tiny cuff does not make them attractive.. Good shorts made well. Love the old time Levi's, cotton in the shorts!!

I am very impressed with Zappos!! Jean shorts came on hangars wrapped in plastic. I do like the Levi's material, reminds me of the way they used to make shorts. The size 18W fit me the best, but I don't like the wider legs at the bottom on the Women size shorts. I also have a size 18 Regular that fits my thighs better (slimmer) but more comfort in waist with the 18W Women's size. I will most likely undo the tiny sewed on hem and I can wear straight down or make my own hem of comfort. For reference, I am 5'3 and 200 lbs. Shorts go down to knees.

I purchased these in the Pier 39 color, which looks a bit darker in person than on the Zappos website. I chose these (as well as the Windsurfer color) because they had the highest percentage of cotton (89% cotton, 9% polyester, 2% elastane) aside from the white denim shorts. The sizing seems comparable to my other Levi's jeans. The length is pretty good... I am 5'4" and they fall just above my knees. The main drawback is that the front pockets are absurdly small. While I'm standing up, I can just barely fit my fairly smalliPhone X in the front pocket, but as soon as I sit down, it falls out. I'll keep them regardless, but c'mon, Levi's, can you kick in a few pennies for the 10 square inches of material necessary to make the pockets 1" deeper? Sheesh.

Usually these fit great but this particular order is sized wrong and is not the labeled size.
