I am a women's 8.5/9 and I purchased both size 8 & 9 since there are no 1/2 sizes. Both were a bad fit, 9 my foot was coming out of the heel with each step, size 8 was hard to get my foot into and way too tight. Unfortunately this boot didn't work out for me.
These slipped off the back of my heel when walking. I am an 8 sometimes 8.5. These are an 8 and felt too big. I don't think sizing down would help.
The fit and size was perfect but, the heel of my foot slipped out with or without a sock on.
