The quality of Construction was very rugged and they look like they will last a long time. The new heel cushion is very soft and feels like it will be comfortable for long days of standing. The boot feels a little on the narrow side compared to my other area boots. I am thinking it might take a little bit of break in time. Overall, I am happy with them and we'll try to get back and give a follow up once I've broken them in and I had some more time on them.

My first Ariat's are a pair of Hybrid Rancwork, which I absolutely love. I now have 6 pair of Ariat boots and have discovered something interesting. For ME, the Indonesia & Mexico made boots are the best, most consistent fit. I confirmed these were Indonesia made before ordering. I was not disappointed. These fit like my Ranchwork's, right out of the box. Maybe a little more "supple" in the feel and they are lined. The build is top notch as is a the leather used.

The shock shield is by far one of the best feeling features I had on a boot I love the comfort it provides with out taking away from the capabilities of my boot

Daily worn on the ranch for over a year so far. The threads are not fireproof. Other than that they have held up great and are very comfortable
