This felt smaller than a 9.5 USA size as the end of my toe was hitting the shoe. Loved the material and design of shoe. I'm disappointed it didn't fit. My foot felt like it was sliding forward, like it needed a deeper heel well to keep my foot from moving.
These are beautiful cloogs and I hated to have to return them, but they rubbed right where the zipper is, sadly
So far these shoes are very comfortable and I am happy with them. I would recommend them.
