This boot is extremely comfortable. They really cater to wide feet. I usually get 10.5 4wide in new balance boots and ordered the same for this shoe, but it felt a size larger. Will reorder a size smaller, because I can tell this shoe is good. It just runs big. Will update review when I get the other size, because I can't really judge the arch support right now.
